Hello, hello! How are you all doing?! It is my absolute JOY to share this incredible session with you all. Jamie is a dear friend of mine, and I have watched her take on the most incredible journey this past year.
She's such an amazing inspiration to her friends and all the people around her, but most of all she's an amazing inspiration to her children!! She has set a fantastic example for them, especially for her two daughters!
It takes a lot of strength and courage to decide to take charge of your health and wellness! This lady is so much stronger than she's given herself credit for!!
Jamie is Mommy to 3 amazing kiddos, and she's a Military wife! Each of those comes with their own unique challenges, but she manages to face each day with a smile and a fantastic attitude.
I'm so proud of this lady! I'm so proud of how far she has come in her journey. I'm amazed at the strength and love she has within her. Most of all I'm happy to call her my friend!
